The Heneghan Peng Architects Consortium, designers of the Grand Egyptian Museum, was selected on 21 July 2026 to design Bengaluru's Museum of Innovation, Startup & Technology (MIST).
MIST is a public-private partnership: UnboxingBLR Foundation holds 51%, the Karnataka ITBT Department 49%.
It will come up in a repurposed Switchgear Factory Shed on the former NGEF campus, alongside the twin Innoverse startup-incubation hub.
Phase 1 of the roughly $35-million project is targeted for completion by 2028.
