The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has launched an upgraded version of the National Youth Parliament Scheme web portal, termed NYPS 2.0.
Unlike the previous version which was restricted to recognized institutions, NYPS 2.0 is now open to all educational institutions, informal groups, and individual citizens.
The scheme aims to strengthen the roots of democracy and inculcate healthy habits of discipline and tolerance among the youth.
