The All India Football Federation announced on 18 September 2026 that the inaugural U15 Women's Youth League will begin on 15 October 2026.
All matches will be played at the Sporting Planet Sports Complex in Belagavi, Karnataka, with the final on 31 October 2026.
Sixteen teams from across India are divided into four groups of four; the top two from each group reach the quarter-finals.
The competition follows the AIFF U17 Women's Youth League, which was launched in July 2026.
