President Droupadi Murmu unveiled a bust of Mahatma Gandhi at the Museum of the City of Skopje, North Macedonia, on 22 July 2026.
She was joined by North Macedonian President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova.
North Macedonia was the second stop of the President's three-nation European tour.
She also visited the Memorial House of Mother Teresa in Skopje, addressed the Assembly of North Macedonia and the India-North Macedonia Business Forum.
The final leg took her to Romania from 23 to 25 July, the first visit by an Indian President there in more than three decades.
