The Mini Nandini Krishak Samriddhi Yojana is an Uttar Pradesh scheme run under the Nand Baba Milk Mission.
It supports 10-cow dairy units built around high-yielding indigenous breeds such as Gir, Sahiwal and Tharparkar.
The unit cost is fixed at Rs 23.60 lakh, with a 50 per cent state subsidy capped at Rs 11.80 lakh.
The remaining cost is met by 15 per cent beneficiary contribution and 35 per cent bank loan.
Subsidy is released in two instalments through Direct Benefit Transfer, and at least half the beneficiaries are to be women.
