IndiaAI (MeitY) and the Ministry of Ayush signed an MoU to integrate eligible AYUSH health research artefacts into AIKosh, India's sovereign AI repository, and give Ayush stakeholders access to IndiaAI's compute infrastructure.
The MoU is valid for an initial two years with automatic-renewal provision and involves no financial commitment from either party; it was signed by IndiaAI Mission COO Sudeep Srivastava and Ayush Joint Secretary Dr Kavita Jain.
The collaboration will support AI-driven work on Ayush research, medicinal plants, drug administration and capacity building, building on Ayush Grid's Emerging Technologies component.
