Poshan Tracker (launched 1 March 2021) is the ICT backbone of Poshan 2.0 — it digitally logs AWC attendance, growth measurement and ration delivery in near real time, letting the Ministry flag underweight, stunted or wasted children and course-correct. Poshan Vatikas are nutri-gardens grown at Anganwadi Centres supplying fresh, local fruits, vegetables and herbs, addressing the dietary-diversity gap repeated nutrition surveys have flagged.
Simple Analogy: Poshan Tracker is to Anganwadis what an electronic health record is to a hospital patient — a live, searchable status board instead of paper registers.
