The Anubhav scheme is an attempt to capture that before it disappears, by turning it into a written record that later administrators can consult. The 2026 awardees were recognised for work linked to the Passport Seva Kendra initiative, modernisation of rules, technological adaptation in administration and energy conservation. Pairing the ceremony with pre-retirement counselling and a pension-bank exhibition also makes it a service-delivery event, not only a ceremonial one.
