The second Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave (ESTIC 2026) will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from 27 to 29 October 2026.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the three-day conclave, coordinated by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research with 13 ministries taking part.
The theme is 'Creative Minds, Catalyzing Science, Empowering Technologies', spanning 12 emerging-technology fields including semiconductors, artificial intelligence, robotics, quantum communication, space technology and agri-tech.
Three Nobel Laureates - Joachim Frank, Sir Richard J. Roberts and Kostya Novoselov - are to attend, with the event guided by Principal Scientific Adviser Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood.
Young researchers had until 15 September 2026 to submit poster abstracts, with results due by 25 September 2026.
