IITM-C-DOT Samgnya Technologies Foundation, India's National Hub for Quantum Communication, signed an MoU with QClairvoyance Quantum Labs Pvt Ltd on 11 September 2026.
The partnership covers quantum computing, quantum algorithms, quantum AI, post-quantum cybersecurity and next-generation computing, from research to deployment.
Samgnya will give the start-up access to its hardware testbed infrastructure, supporting the conversion of quantum R&D into deployable products.
Samgnya is the Thematic Hub for quantum communication under the Rs 6,003.65 crore National Quantum Mission of the Department of Science and Technology.

Implements the National Quantum Mission
Post-quantum cryptography uses new mathematical algorithms, run on ordinary computers, that quantum computers cannot easily break. Quantum key distribution instead uses quantum physics: measuring a quantum state disturbs it, so any eavesdropping on the key is detectable.
