Key: Promotes green building standards and climate-responsive layouts across geo-climatic zones. A Technology Innovation Grant additionally supports AHP projects using technologies notified under GHTC-India.
Six Light House Projects, each using a different technology shortlisted under GHTC-India, were built at six locations chosen to span India's geo-climatic and hazard conditions: Indore in Madhya Pradesh, Rajkot in Gujarat, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, Ranchi in Jharkhand, Agartala in Tripura and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh.
Each sanctioned house is photographed and location-stamped at five construction stages - grounding, foundation, superstructure, finishing and external development, and completion - so that fund release is tied to verified physical progress rather than to a paper claim.
