Pralhad Joshi launches AI-based Smart Warehousing System for foodgrain storage

Govt sets up Search-cum-Selection Committee for National Sports Board under T.V. Somanathan
- •The Government of India constituted a Search-cum-Selection Committee, chaired by Cabinet Secretary Dr. T.V. Somanathan, to recommend the chairperson and members of the National Sports Board (NSB).
- •The NSB is the apex body created under the National Sports Governance Act, 2025, to recognise national sports bodies and enforce governance norms.

I4C launches GRM and Money Restoration Module portals to fight cybercrime
- •The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs launched two portals in June 2026: the Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) and the Money Restoration Module (MRM).
- •GRM addresses complaints of account holders whose bank accounts were frozen or put on lien during cybercrime probes; MRM helps fraud victims reclaim frozen or recovered money.
