India and Rwanda held the first-ever session of their Joint Trade Committee (JTC) in New Delhi on 30-31 July 2026, establishing a permanent, structured mechanism to review bilateral trade and investment.
Priority sectors identified include critical minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum), pharmaceuticals and healthcare, digital technologies, agro-processing and renewable energy.
