Telangana received a Rs 175 crore central incentive for meeting AgriStack milestones, reported on 1 September 2026.
It had earlier received Rs 424 crore in 2025-26 for completing its Farmer Registry, taking the total to Rs 599 crore.
The money flows through the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI) window.
AgriStack is the digital public infrastructure of the Digital Agriculture Mission, approved by the Union Cabinet in September 2024 with an outlay of Rs 2,817 crore.
Nationally, over 10.31 crore Farmer IDs had been created by 3 August 2026, against a target of 11 crore.
