The Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare closed Special Campaign 3 on 31 August 2026, redressing 2,306 of the 3,193 long-pending pension cases taken up — a 72% redressal rate.
Of those cases, 1,062 were identified by ministries in the preparatory phase and 2,131 were drawn from grievances pending over a month on the CPENGRAMS portal.
Most resolved cases belonged to pensioners in rural areas who had filed online, which DoPPW reads as evidence of a narrowing digital divide.
