Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan launched the India Valve Registry at India Valves 2026, a national academic meeting on valvular and structural heart disease held in Chennai.
The registry is a collaborative multicentre initiative for systematic, secure and de-identified collection of real-world data on transcatheter valve interventions across India.
Its purpose is to build India-specific clinical evidence on outcomes rather than relying on data generated in other countries.
