CAQM held a review meeting on 8 September 2026 with the Haryana State Pollution Control Board over non-compliance with its statutory directions on construction and demolition sites.
Its directions require every C&D project on a plot of 500 sq metres or above to be registered and to run a functional video monitoring system on the State portal for remote dust-control checks.
The Commission treated the continued failure as wilful non-compliance and directed corrective action, including closure of non-compliant sites.
