The 9th ASEAN-India Ministerial Meeting on Agriculture and Forestry (AIMMAF) was held in New Delhi on 9 September 2026.
It was co-chaired by Union Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Philippine Agriculture Secretary Francisco P. Tiu Laurel.
Ministers endorsed ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future and the ASEAN Food, Agriculture and Forestry Sectoral Plan 2026-2030, and discussed the ASEAN-India Medium-Term Plan of Action 2026-2030.
ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn said bilateral goods trade between ASEAN and India reached US$128 billion in 2025-26.
The meeting agreed to hold the 10th AIMMAF in 2028; the 10th ASEAN-India Working Group had finalised technical recommendations a day earlier.
