•Land acquisition and rehabilitation activities are carried out by the State Governments; the Ministry of Tribal Affairs sits on the project's Steering and Monitoring committees.

Digital India at Ten: BharatNet Reaches 2.21 Lakh Gram Panchayats, UPI Serves 55 Crore

•The Government placed on record the decade-long progress of the Digital India programme, launched in July 2015 around digital infrastructure, digital service delivery and digital empowerment.
