Odisha received food processing investment proposals worth ₹43,437 crore on 7 August 2026 at the launch of Odisha Food Pro-2026 in New Delhi.
It was the state's first sector-specific investment roadshow organised outside Odisha, held with ASSOCHAM.
The state signed 27 MoUs worth ₹41,748 crore, projected to generate 35,252 jobs.
It also received 12 Investment Intent Forms worth ₹1,689 crore, with an estimated 8,064 jobs.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced a five-pillar roadmap for the sector.
