Collateral-free working capital credit for urban street vendors, launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs on 1 June 2020 after the COVID-19 lockdown destroyed street-vending incomes.
Key: Graded lending - the first tranche was originally Rs 10,000 for one year at an interest rate below 12%, with Rs 20,000 and Rs 50,000 available only after timely repayment of the previous loan. Under the restructured scheme approved in 2025 the first tranche rises to Rs 15,000 and the second to Rs 25,000, the third stays at Rs 50,000, a UPI-linked RuPay credit card is offered to vendors who repay the second loan, and the lending period runs to 31 March 2030. The restructured scheme targets 1.15 crore vendors including 50 lakh new beneficiaries and is implemented jointly by MoHUA and the Department of Financial Services.
A youth-facing anti-drug campaign launched by the Prime Minister on 2 August 2026 through video conferencing, aimed at making young people ambassadors against substance abuse.
Key: A 100-week Jan Bhagidari campaign run by MY Bharat under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, with activities every Sunday - walkathons, nukkad nataks, sports events, art competitions - connecting roughly 10,000 locations and more than one crore youth. In the episode the PM asked musicians, theatre groups and content creators to produce anti-drug material in multiple languages under the hashtag #NashaMuktYuva.

Key: Made possible by two amendments to the Flag Code of India, 2002 - the December 2021 amendment permitting polyester and machine-made flags alongside handspun and handwoven khadi, cotton, wool and silk bunting, and the July 2022 amendment allowing a flag displayed in the open or on a member of the public's house to be flown both day and night.
An all-girls satellite mission run by the Chennai-based non-profit Space Kidz India, founded by Dr Srimathy Kesan, to train 12,000 girl students from 108 countries in satellite technology and build a satellite intended for lunar orbit.
Key: Phase 2, marking the shift from global outreach to satellite integration and active international participation, was launched at Gautam Buddha University in Greater Noida on National Space Day 2026, with around 100 female students from India and abroad present. A Low Earth Orbit satellite is planned as a precursor to the lunar mission.
