Shah launched an AI-based multilingual voice assistant for the national cyber-crime helpline 1930, supporting 12 languages.
Goa Police reported the 112 emergency response time falling from 18 minutes to 8 minutes and the conviction rate rising from 23% to 53%.
Shah also set out the Ministry of Home Affairs roadmap for a drug-free India by 2029 under Nasha Mukt Bharat.
